Notice of Essential Business

Due to the National Emergency the Parish Council cannot meet in public and is, therefore, not able to hold meetings in public. It has adopted Temporary Standing Orders to allow essential business only to be executed. This means no public meetings at the Popham Hall. The Council wants to remain open and transparent so it will from time to time publish a notice about business that needs to be executed and the date that the decisions will be made so that the public may raise comments and questions on that business if they wish.

After each business is concluded minutes will be published on the Website and when possible on the Village Notice Board within 2 days.

If you have any questions or comments for Councillors about the published business in this notice please either speak to a Councillor or contact the Parish Clerk before 23rd April 2020.
