Parish Council Elections

There were 7 nominations properly received for the upcoming West Bagborough Parish Council Election on May 5th. The Council consists of 7 Councillors and therefore all 7 nominees are elected unopposed. Please click on the picture above to see the formal notice from the Returning Officer.

This means there is neither a requirement in law nor any real purpose for a vote on May 5th with regard to the election of Councillors to serve on the Parish Council.
